      Wedding Planner Services

      Month of Planner/Coordinator Services

      $1,500

      This package includes full month access for a Month of Wedding Coordinator, allowing you to plan, advise, and finalize existing wedding plans while tying up loose ends to ensure your wedding day goes smoothly. Our wedding coordination services also encompass both the rehearsal and ceremony as well as reception point person. The first planning meeting, which is recommended 3-6 months before your wedding day, is included to help you with all aspects of wedding planning.

      Day of Coordinator Services

      $400

      As your Day Of Wedding Coordinator, I will plan and lead your ceremony rehearsal, ensuring that your ceremony goes off without a hitch on the big day. With the expertise of a Day of Wedding Coordinator, you can focus on the emotions of the day, while we take care of the logistics of the ceremony to make it all look effortless.

      Reception Point Person

      $250

      This service is included with our Month of Wedding Coordination and can be added to our Day Of Wedding Coordination services. It features seamless transition of your guests from the ceremony to the reception, communication with vendors, along with full access until the bride and groom’s big exit. This ensures that everything goes smoothly, allowing you and your guests to enjoy a wonderful and carefree time with our attention to timeline and coordination between the caterers, DJ, and venue staff.

      Full Service Planning 10% of wedding budget, $4,000 minimum

       

      Full Service Planning-Includes everything under MOC, DOC, & Reception Extension above plus… 

      •  Event planning and consulting from booking until the day of the event up to 12 months. 
      • Full access to planner by email, phone, or text. Meetings upon request.
      • Multiple site visits as needed.
      • Assistance in choosing best accommodation options for out of town guests.
      • Assisting with budget preparation, timeline, and checklists.
      • Researching vendors and providing comparative quotes to clients.

      Decorating Assistance

      $40 per hour

      Assistance with pre-arranged, clearly labeled and organized decor for rehearsal, ceremony, or reception is available for $40/hour. Additional workers will be secured and paid separately by the client. 

      If decor assistance is acquired, arrival time will be earlier to the previously agreed upon times, and charged only for the time allotted for decorating. 

      Consulting /Extra On-site Services

      $40 per hour

      Sometimes, you just want to talk to someone who has been there, done it, seen it, experienced it, and learned from it! If you are planning your own wedding and need some assistance, I am here to support you, whether online or on the phone. As a Day Of Wedding Coordinator or Month of Wedding Coordinator, I can provide the wedding coordination you need. This service can also be an add-on for existing customers who require additional consultation through extra site visits or wedding planning servic
