      Wedding Planner Services

      Full Planner Services

      10% of budget

      As your wedding budget grows, the amount of decisions and details necessary for successful wedding planning also increases. This investment in wedding coordination covers both online and in-person collaboration, providing you with the support of a dedicated Day Of Wedding Coordinator or Month of Wedding Coordinator. It grants you full access for up to one year, from the engagement all the way to the end of your wedding day. (minimum $4,000)

      Month of Planner/Coordinator Services

      $1,500

      This package includes full month access for a Month of Wedding Coordinator, allowing you to plan, advise, and finalize existing wedding plans while tying up loose ends to ensure your wedding day goes smoothly. Our wedding coordination services also encompass both the rehearsal and ceremony. The first planning meeting, which is recommended 3-6 months before your wedding day, is included to help you with all aspects of wedding planning.

      Day of Coordinator Services

      $400

      As your Day Of Wedding Coordinator, I will plan and lead your ceremony rehearsal, ensuring that your ceremony, as part of the overall wedding coordination, goes off without a hitch on the big day. With the expertise of a Month of Wedding Coordinator, you can trust that all aspects of your wedding planning will be expertly managed.

      Reception Point Person

      $250

      This service is included with our full wedding planning package and can be added on as part of our Month of Wedding Coordinator or Day Of Wedding Coordinator services. It features seamless transition of your guests from the ceremony to the reception, along with full access until the bride and groom’s big exit. This ensures that everything goes smoothly, allowing you and your guests to enjoy a wonderful and carefree time with our dedicated wedding coordination.

      Consulting /Extra On-site Services

      $40 per hour

      Sometimes, you just want to talk to someone who has been there, done it, seen it, experienced it, and learned from it! If you are planning your own wedding and need some assistance, I am here to support you, whether online or on the phone. As a Day Of Wedding Coordinator or Month of Wedding Coordinator, I can provide the wedding coordination you need. This service can also be an add-on for existing customers who require additional consultation through extra site visits or wedding planning services beyond the initially booked timeframe.
